LF Inspiration Week: Year Seven

Hi everyone! I hope that your week is going well!

Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues with a look at the Year Seven stamp set! These small birthday sets are always a favorite of mine because they're cute, a great value, and I always need to make birthday cards! This year the birthday set features a pinata!

I used the birthday set along with the Bannertastic banners and Quinn's ABCs to help showcase the sentiment. The candy and confetti are stamped on the card base in Manatee ink.

Here is a close up on the card. I also added stickles to the letters because glitter makes everything better!

I really liked the colors that I used on the pinata, so I created another birthday card with the same colors!

The sentiment is stamped in Yeti ink on Black Licorice cardstock to make it stand out again the busy background. Here is a close up:

Thanks for stopping by! There is a ton of inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog, and there is also a giveaway to win this set! Yay!

Have a great day! :)

Smiley Clouds

Good morning! I have a cute, cloud card to share with you this morning!

This card features Lawn Fawn's "Simple Puffy Clouds," "Simple Puffy Clouds Frames," "Pizza My Heart," "Chit Chat" stamp and dies, Yeti Ink, Manatee Ink, and Guava Ink. I die cut the clouds from foam and attached it to my stamp block to make a stamp! The clouds are stamped onto blue card stock with the Yeti Ink. Then, I stamped the smiley faces and added the sentiment with foam tape. Here is a close up:

I also used a white gel pen to add some details around the clouds.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope that you have a great day! :)

Lawnscaping #135 - Patterned Palooza

Hi everyone! It's the first Monday of the month, so that means there is a new Lawnscaping Challenge!
I am so sad because this is my last Lawnscaping Challenge! I have had so much fun playing along with the LS girls, and I am really going to miss being part of the team!

Anyways, the challenge this week is to add patterns to your project, so I decided to make a patterned background from some of the images in the "Little Bundle" stamp set:

I stamped the images on a piece of white cardstock with Manatee Ink, and colored the images with Prismacolor pencils. I also used the "Flirty Frames" stamp and dies for the sentiment and attached it with foam tape. Here is a close up:

I hope that you're able to play along because the winner will receive a $25 gift certificate to Ellen Hutson!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope that you have a good week! :)

Bright Spot In My Day Card

Hi everyone! I have a card to share with you this morning that is being featured on the Sunny Studio Stamp's blog!

This card features the "Sunny Sentiments" stamp and die, and "Rain or Shine" stamp and die sets. I started by inking the middle of my card base in Lawn Fawn "Mermaid" ink. Then, I stamped, colored the images with Prismacolor pencils, and die cut them with the coordinating dies. The rainbow is attached with glue, and the sun and clouds are attached with foam tape. The sentiment is stamped in "Manatee" ink, and I also added some hearts around the images with the Mermaid ink.

Here is a close up on the images. That sun is just so cute with that smiley face!!

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope that your week is going well! :)
