Lawn Fawn & Scrapbook Adhesives

Hi everyone! I hope that you're having a good week so far. It has been so hot here lately! The cooler fall weather better be getting here soon! :)

This week, Lawn Fawn is teaming up with Scrapbook Adhesives - they have lots of great adhesive products! For my card, I used the Christmas Dreams set, along with the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle.

I used the 3D Foam Squares to attach most of the items, as well as the scalloped border. The bow and the small items on the fireplace are attached with the Dodz Mini, and the fireplace was attached with the E-Z Runner Permanent tape runner. I used a blending tool with Doe and Peachy Keen ink to create an ink blended background.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Scalloped Treat Box Winter House Add-On Dies

Good morning everyone! It's the last day of the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week and today I am sharing a project that features the Scalloped Treat Box Winter House Add-On dies! These dies ares so cute to add onto the Scalloped Treat Box, but they can also be used on their own. I used the dies to create a mini card set!

I used quite a bit of Lawn Fawn cardstock - Ballet Slipper, Cilantro, Mermaid, Narwhal, Noble Fir, Raspberry, and Sticky Note. The brick stamp was a freebie that I received from an online stamp order so I'm not sure who made the stamp. I have seen other brick stamps and I have seen brick stencils sold online that would be great to use to recreate this card, too!

This would be such a cute gift to share with your neighbors!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! And thank you so much for all of your sweet comments this week! I hope you all have a great week! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Christmas Dreams

Hello! I'm back again to share another card with you for the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week! Today the design team is sharing projects that feature the Christmas Dreams set.

I started by stamping the images on white cardstock, coloring with Copic markers, and die cutting with the coordinating dies. I took a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than the card base, and used the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Circle die to create a window to frame the scene.

I used Mermaid and Doe ink to create a simple ink blended background, and then I attached the images with foam tape. I also used foam tape to attach the white cardstock panel. I really like how simple and cute this card turned out! Here is a close up:

Thank you so much for visiting today! Check out the rest of the projects from the design team on the Lawn Fawn blog! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Large Wreath

Hi there! I hope that you all had a great weekend! I was able to spend some one-on-one time with my one year old while my three year old spent some time with her grandparents! It was a lot quieter at home this weekend, haha!

The Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues today with a look at the Large Wreath die and the Knit Picky Paper Collection. For this card, I used the Noble Fir cardstock for the wreath, Raspberry cardstock for the berries, and gold glitter paper that I had in my paper stash. To create this wreath, I arranged five wreath branches around the sentiment, and then arranged five more branches on top and over lapped where the branches met. Then, I added the berries and wreath.

I also used the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Square for the white cardstock panel and the sentiment is from the Merry Messages set. I finished the card by adding some stickles to the berries. Here is a close up of the card:

There's a lot more inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog, so check it! And there's more inspiration coming tomorrow! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Winter Village

Good morning! There is more inspiration to share with you today, yay! Today, the Lawn Fawn design team is sharing projects that feature the Winter Village set.

The houses in this set are so cute and perfect to create winter scenes! I also really like that a few of the houses do not have snow on top, so they can be used year round.

For this scene, I cut a piece of white cardstock with the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle die and inked the top part with Mermaid and Blue Jay ink to create a night sky. The images are colored with Copic markers and I used a piece of patterned paper from the Perfectly Plaid Chill collection to create a sleeve to keep the card close. When you slide off the sleeve...

... a winter village pops up! I used the Stitched Hillside Pop-Up and attached the houses and trees with glue and foam tape. My favorite part is the lights and that decorated Christmas tree near the church. I also added a Bannertastic banner (I think I might be obsessed with that banner set) in the sky and colored it with red Copic markers. I can't wait to send this card to someone this Christmas season!

There is a lot more inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog, so check it out. There is also a giveaway over there, too!

Thanks for visiting! I'll be back tomorrow with more inspiration! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Celebration Countdown

Hi everyone! Do you have any thing fun planned for the weekend? Our weeks are always so busy, so we'll probably just relax - and maybe go shopping. :)

The Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues with a look at the Celebration Countdown set. This set works great with the Tiny Box die, but it can also be used for birthday cards!

I used the Celebration Countdown die to cut balloons from different colors of Lawn Fawn cardstock. For the sentiment, I used the Scripty Happy die with three layers of black cardstock, and I used white embossing powder for the birthday. To add some texture and dimension, I attached silver sparkle Lawn Trimmings to the balloons. The end of the string is wrapped around the bottom on the white panel and attached with washi tape on the back.

I hope that you have a great weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by! I still have more inspiration to share with you over the next few days, so stop by again tomorrow! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Beary Happy Holidays

Good morning! I hope that you're week is going well so far! The Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues today with a look at the Beary Happy Holidays set.

I started by ink blending a piece of white cardstock with Mermaid and Blue Jay ink. The sentiment was then embossed with white embossing powder and I also added a hillside cut from the Stitched Hillside Border dies. I added a piece of patterned paper from the Let's Polka in the Meadow collection cut from the Scalloped Rectangle dies.

The images were stamped and colored with Copic markers and attached with foam tape. And the rest of the sentiment was stamped inside a banner from the Bannertastic set, and also attached with foam tape.

Check out the rest of the design team inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog! Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Here We Go A-Waddling

Hi everyone! Today I am sharing a card for the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week! There will be giveaways on the Lawn Fawn blog this week, along with a lot of new inspiration from the design team.

Today, we are sharing projects that feature the Here We Go A-Waddling set. Those penguins are so cute, and I really like the punny sentiments! To create this card, I used the Snow Cool set and white embossing powder, along with a little bit of Mermaid ink blended along the edge of a piece of blue cardstock, to create the background.

I also used the Stitched Hillside Backdrop to create the snowy hills (that die makes scene building so easy!). The images are all colored with Copic markers, and the Christmas tree is from the Christmas Dreams set. The penguins and Christmas tree are attached with foam tape. I finished the card by stamping the sentiment and music notes in black ink. Here is a close up on the scene:

Thank you so much for visiting today and don't forget to stop by again tomorrow for more inspiration! Have a great day! :)
