Hi everyone! I'm so excited to be sharing a card with you today for the Technique Tuesday and WOW Embossing Blog Hop!

This is a two day blog hop and there is a great prize available!

WOW! Embossing Powder has 6 powders of your choosing along with a WOW carry case to store your powders in safely.

Also, Technique Tuesday is giving away 2 $20 gift certificates to their store.

The winners will be chosen at random from the comments left on ALL THE POSTS  on both days. We encourage you to leave comments on both days because the more comments you leave, the more chances you have to win these fabulous prizes!

To join the giveaway you must leave a comment on each blog post to have a chance at getting your hands on the prize. And this hop is open internationally!

My card today features the Phyllis and Finn the Fish stamp set and coordinating die. I stamped the fish in black ink and colored them with Copic markers. Then, I used an embossing pen to add details  to the fish and heat embossed glitter embossing powder. I used Taffeta Pink, Golden Flame, Green Glitz, Blue Blitz, and Zeus embossing powders. They add such a fun detail to the different colored fish!

I die cut the fish and added a googly eye to each of them. I also colored and cut a few small images from the Simon and Sandy Seahorse stamp set.

The background is ink blended with Cracked Pistachio, Broken China, and Mermaid Lagoon distress oxide inks on Bristol Smooth cardstock. I spritzed the background with water and I also stamped a few air bubbles with the same distress oxide inks. The ground is ink blended with Ground Espresso and Gathered Twigs distress oxide inks. I attached the background to a 3 1/2" x 8 1/2" card base, glued the smaller images to the background, and attached the fish and sentiment with foam tape.

Your next stop in the hop is at Bev Grey's blog!

LF Inspiration Week: Stitched Cupcake

Good morning!

Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues today with a look at the Stitched Cupcake die set.

This set makes the cutest cupcakes! For my card, I die cut the cupcake wrappers from Really Rainbow Scallops patterned paper. The cupcake is die cut from Vanilla Malt cardstock, and the icing is from various shades of Lawn Fawn cardstock.

Once I had the cupcakes attached together, I added liquid glue to the top of the icing and sprinkles on some chunky glitter to make it look like sprinkles. After that dried, I die cut and attached the candles and hearts onto each of the cupcakes.

I created a slim line card that measures 3 1/2" by 8 1/2" and I attached a piece of grey Spring Fling patterned paper before I attached the cupcakes. I die cut and added strawberries along the bottom and attached them foam tape. The sentiment is from the Scripty Sweet die and On the Beach stamp set.

To create the "sweet" sentiment, I die cut three layers from white cardstock and glued the layers together. Then, I used the embossing ink pad to add ink to the die cut and coated it with rose gold embossing powder. I heat set the embossing powder, added another layer of embossing power, and heat set it again. Once it was dry, I glued it to the bottom of the card and added the rest of the sentiment with foam tape. Here's a closer look at the card:

Thanks so much for visiting today! And thank you for all of the sweet comments this week! Have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Scripty Hello Border

Hi friends! I have a card set to share with you today for the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!

Today, I am featuring the Hello Border die. The scripty sentiment is so cute and perfect to add to cards. I paired the sentiment with the Smooth Sailing stamp set to create a night and day card set.

For each of the cards, I used the Stitched Simple Wavy Borders die for the ocean waves, and the Stitched Hillside Borders die for the sandy beach. For the day card, I added the sun and clouds from the Rain or Shine Before 'n Afters stamp set. I cut the sun from behind the rainbow, and attached it behind the clouds. I also added a few hearts stamped in Wild Rose ink.

The night card features the moon from the Happy Howloween stamp set. I also added a few die cut stars and stamped a few smaller stars in Yeti ink. Here's a closer look at the card:

LF Inspiration: Shadow Box Rainbow Add-On

Hi everyone! I forgot to share this card with you yesterday for the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!

This card features the Shadow Box Card Rainbow Add-On die! The die works great with the Shadow Box Card die, but it can also be used on its own! I used the rainbow, clouds, and stars to create a cute little scene for the unicorn and fairies from the A Little Sparkle stamp set.

To create the ink blended background, I used one of the clouds from the rainbow add-on die to create a stencil! The sky is ink blended with Tumbled Glass distress oxide inks. I also added a sentiment from the Scripty Hello die and the Reveal Wheel Sentiments. Here's a closer look at the card:

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: A Little Sparkle

Hi friends! I hope you're having a good weekend so far!

I have a card to share with you today that features the A Little Sparkle stamp set. The unicorn in this set is so cute! For my card today, I used a mirror stamping technique to add a unicorn looking the other way!

My favorite part of this card is the lightly ink blended background created with the Sunrise Backdrop die. I really like that you can leave the inside die cut pieces in the background to make it a smooth backdrop with details.

I added a few clouds along the bottom with the Puffy Cloud Border die and a few clear sequins in the sky. I used the Fancy Wavy Banners die for the sentiment and stamped the sentiment in black ink.

Make sure to check out the Lawn Fawn YouTube channel for a video on how to recreate this card. It's one of my favorite from this inspiration week!

Thanks so much for stopping by today and check back again tomorrow for more inspiration! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Reveal Wheel Friends and Family Sentiments

Hi everyone! Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues today with a look at the Reveal Wheel Friends and Family Sentiments.

The sentiment set works great with the reveal wheel, but it can also be used on its own! For my cards today, I paired the friends and family sentiment set with the Say What? Pets.

For the background, I used Spiffy Speckles patterned paper die cut with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle dies. I also die cut Mermaid and Guava cardstock with the Scripty Friends die and carefully cut off the "s" so that it worked with the sentiment.

I also added a cat from the Meow You Doin' set for the pink card, and a dog from the Happy Howloween stamp set for the blue card. That cat and dog work great with the critters from the Say What? Pets set!

Thanks for visiting today and stop by again tomorrow for more inspiration! Have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Birthday Before 'n Afters

Good morning friends!

The Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week starts today with a look at the Birthday Before 'n Afters stamp set! This set works great with the Magic Picture Changer die, but you can also use this set on its own.

I stamped the images, colored them with Copic markers, and die cut with the coordinating die cuts. I added a few other birds from the Love Letters and Open Me stamp sets. The birthday hats are from the Peacock Before n' Afters stamp set. The background is created with distress oxide inks and the sentiment is white heat embossed onto black cardstock cut with the Everyday Sentiment Banners die.

I used the Just Stitching Double Rectangles die on the background. I also stamped, colored, and die cut a bunch of  confetti and glued it around the scene. Here's a close up on the card:

Check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration! I have more cards to share this week, so stop by again tomorrow! Have a great day! :)
