Lawn Fawn April Release

Hello friends! It's been quite a while since I have shared cards on my blog, but I wanted to share the new Lawn Fawn release with you all!

This card features the new Mice Flowers stamp set, and those two mice are so sweet! I wanted the mice to look small with the flowers, so I added the tall grass from the Gleeful Gardens stamp set.

For the sentiment, I used the Scripty Friends cut from Guava cardstock, Scripty Friends Add-On die cut in vellum, and a sentiment from the Mice Flowers stamp set that was white heat embossed onto black card stock. I love how this little scene turned out, especially with those cute little bumblebees!

The next card that I have to share includes the geese from the new Silly Goose Rain or Shine stamp set. Ah, this one is so cute! The little rain boots?! Adorable!

I used a Stitched Scalloped Oval stackable for the background for the geese, and I lightly inked it with blue ink. After stamping and die cutting the images, I added them to the oval with foam tape.

I attached the oval to a card base that was covered with Gleeful Gradients patterned paper. I finished by adding a white heat embossed sentiment and a few white sequins around the design.

This next card is perfect for Father's Day! This card uses the new Workshop Backdrop dies along with the Build-A-Toolbox dies. I love that you can arrange the tools on the backdrop however you'd like! I used a variety of card stock colors to make the tools and Dolphin card stock for the background.

The silver metallic card stock is perfect for the bolts and the shimmer neutral card stock works for the metal tools. For the sentiment, I used the Louie's ABCs to die cut the letters for dad, and then I used sentiments from the new Henry's Build-A-Sentiment tools stamp set.

This card might be my favorite from the new release and I just love how it turned out! I started by die cutting a piece of white card stock with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle dies. I used the cloudy stencils to add clouds to the card stock panel. Then, I stamped and die cut a bunch of images from the All The Smiles, All The Clouds, and All The Grad Caps to use for the background. It was so much fun to arrange them and figure out a layout that I liked with all of the images.

The sentiment features the new Giant Outlined Yay die and it was cut with silver metallic and Blue Jay yardstick. After I attached the sentiment with foam tape, I added a few sequins around the background.

This next card is perfect for Father's Day or a birthday card for the tool lovers in your life. This one also uses the Build-A-Toolbox die set (how cute are those tools?!) After die cutting  and glueing a bunch of tools, I arranged them onto a piece of patterned paper from the Pint-Sized Patterns Summertime paper collection. The tools really pop against the yellow background!

The sentiment is from the Henry's Build-A-Sentiment Tool set and was white heat embossed onto black card stock. If you can't tell, heat embossing if one of my favorite ways to add a sentiment to a card!

This is another adorable set that if perfect for Father's Day - Mice Tools! How sweet is that dad mouse teaching his young son!? I started by stamping, coloring, and die cutting some images from that stamp set, as well as the "Father's Day" sentiment. I used some blue patterned paper from the Pint-sized Patterns Summertime and Gleeful Gradients paper collections to create a fun background. The rest of the sentiment was created with the Scripty Happy and Scripty Happy Outline Add-on dies.

Here's a close up on those little mice. They're so cute!!

This next card features the I Like Small Butterflies stamp set, which is the freebie included on orders from the Lawn Fawn store on orders over $60. This set will only be available while supplies last, so make sure you order soon before they run out!

I used a white piece of card stock and stamp a bunch of small butterflies all over the background. I gave a few of them some cute trail lines, too! I wanted them to look like monarch butterflies, so I colored them all with orange and black Copic markers. I also outlines each of them with a light blue marker to help them pop against the background. Then, I used a white gel pen to add some details of the butterflies.

The sentiment is from the I Like Big Butterflies stamp set and is white heat embossed onto black card stock. I also used the Scripty Hello die and cut the "hello" out of Gleeful Gradients patterned paper (one of my favorite paper collections!).

I hope you have enjoyed all of these cards that feature the new Lawn Fawn release! I can't wait to see what you create with the new products! Happy crafting!
