Hi There!

Hello! I am sharing a card with you today for the current CAS-ology Challenge!

The challenge is based on the word repeat, so here is the card that I created for the challenge!

This card features Lawn Fawn's "Critters in the Jungle" and "Chit Chat" stamp and dies, as well as Lawn Trimmings. I really wanted to showcase the parrot because he's so cute, so I die cut and colored five parrots with Prsmacolor pencils and attached them with foam tape over the Lawn Trimmings. Then, I stamped and die cut the speech bubbles to add above the parrots. Here is a close up of the card:

I can't wait to send this card to someone to brighten their day! :)

Good evening, everyone! I hope that you are having a good week so far. It's almost the weekend! We are super busy here getting ready for my sister-in-law's wedding, as well as prepping our house to get our hardwood floors refinished! Whew, things are crazy right now!

I haven't had much time to play along with many challenges lately, but I'm glad I was able to squeeze in a little bit of time to play along with the current CAS-ology challenge! This week's theme was rainbow, so here is what I created:

This card features stamps from Sweet Stamp Shop. They are actually a mini sample set, so I'm not sure what the name is, but I like them! I stamped the feathers a few times in various colors to create a rainbow look. Then I stamped the sentiment above and below the feathers in a grey ink. I finished the card by adding some stickles to the feathers to give it some sparkle!

Cheer Up!

Good morning! I am back again to share another card with you! This card is for the current CASology Challenge!

 

 The CASology challenges are one of my favorites, but I never have enough time to play along. So, I am very glad that I was able to get a chance to make a card for this week's challenge. Here is the card that I created:

Yep, I was inspired by the Pixar movie "Up." It is such a sweet movie! I thought that the bright colors would make a perfect "cheer up" card! The house, cheer, and letters are from Lawn Fawn's "Home Sweet Home," "Happily Ever After," and "Quinn's ABCs" stamp sets, respectively. The balloons are from Paper Smooches "Hullabaloo" stamp set. To create the blue background, I masked off the edges of the card, and used a pearlized accent spray. I really like how the background turned out!

CASolgy Guest Designer!

Good morning everyone! This week I have the privilege to be the guest designer at the CASology Blog!! I am so excited about this opportunity! Thank you Melissa, and the rest of the girls for allowing me to be a part of your team!

This week's challenge is all about stars! So, I created this card:

This card features Lawn Fawn's "Happy Everything" and "A Birdie Told Me" stamp sets. I stamped the stars onto green and yellow card stock, cut the stars out, and arranged them into a Christmas tree shape. Then I stamped the sentiment below the Christmas tree! This did take a little bit of time, but I think it's so cute! What do you think?

25 Cards of Christmas #13

 Good morning everyone! Welcome back to the 13th day of 25 Cards of Christmas!  I can't believe that there are only 12 days left until Christmas!! I hope the Christmas gifts that I ordered arrive in the mail soon!

Anyways, here is today's card:

To make the presents, I used Lawn Fawn's "Bake Me a Cake" stamp set! I used one of the layers for the cake to create the top and sides of the gifts. Then I another layer to create the bottom side. The bows come from the "Happily Ever After" set, and the sentiment is from the "Happy Everything" set.

I am also entering this card into the current CASology Challenge, which is all about gifts!

25 Cards of Christmas #5

Happy Wednesday, everyone! We're almost through the work week! Yay!

Here is the 5th card in the 25 Cards of Christmas series!

This card features patterned paper from Pebbles! This also features Lawn Fawn's "Quinns ABCs" and "Sweet Christmas" stamp sets! The letters in merry and the candy canes also have some stickles to give them some shine!

I am also adding this card to this week's CASology Challenge, which is all about adding some sparkle to your cards!
