He Hears Your Cry with Mighty Hands

 Hi friends! I haven't shared many projects yet this year, but I've been busy behind the scenes. I have a few cards to share this weekend, and then I'll be back next week with lots of cards for the Lawn Fawn inspiration week!

My card today features a new and adorable stamp set from Mighty Hands! This set uses the Jonah stamp set.

I started by stamping the whale, Jonah, and a variety of fish, colored them with Copic markers, and fussy cut around the images. A few of the fish are from the Deep Dive stamp set, too. 

After the images were ready, I started to work on the background. Starting at the top, I used the Ocean Waves Stencils from Lawn Fawn and Mermaid Ink to ink blend three layers of waves. I cut the ink blended panel with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle die, attached it to a piece of patterned paper, and then attached it to a white card base. Next, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and arranged the images onto the scene before attaching them with foam tape. To finish the card, I stamped a few bubbles around the fish.

I love the sentiment for this card! It's such a great reminder that God hears our concerns and cries no matter where we are in our lives. He'll never leave us!
