Happy Monday everyone! Can you believe that it is already November?! Wow, this year is going by so fast! It got really cold in central PA this weekend and I am definitely not ready for the cold weather! Brrr!
Since it's the first Monday of the month, that means there is a new Lawnscaping Challenge! The current challenge is to create a project that focuses on fall and/or pumpkins.
Here is the card that I created:
I used Lawn Fawn's "So Thankful" stamp set (those pumpkins are so cute!), Sweater Weather patterned paper, Scripty Thanks die cut, and Cloudy Lawn Trimmings. I used a partial die technique to make the sentiment frame. Here is a close up of the sentiment.
I also added stickles to the thanks (but it's a little bit hard to see). I added a piece of vellum over the patterned paper so help make the sentiment a little bit easier to see (I should have used a color other than white!).
Well, I hope that you're able to play along with the challenge! The sponsor for this challenge is Simon Says Stamp and the winner will receive a $25 gift certificate!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great week! :)
That pumpkin with the face is so cute!
ReplyDeleteThe sentiment frame is perfect, I love it!
Such a pretty fall-themed thank you card! The vellum is perfect and the stickles on the sentiment is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteWoooow the way you use the die Thanks is perfect!!
ReplyDeleteOooooo! I love this!!! Those pumpkins in the corner are perfect! And I LOVE that you added a smily face!!! Totally made me smile! The white border an white sentiment just add so much to te card!
ReplyDeleteGreat card, love the pumpkin smile & I like the white vellum as it mutes the bright sweater weather colours but still lets you see them and the sentiment :)
