Hi there! I hope that you have enjoyed the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week so far! Today is the last day and we are featuring the Just Stitching Stars and Reveal Wheel Add-On: Puffy Cloud dies.
My first card uses the Just Stitching Stars die to create a fun, ink blended card. I started by die cutting a piece of white cardstock with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle die and die cut the stitching stars to the white panel. I used distress oxide inks to create the background and spritzed it with a little bit of water to give it more details. The sentiment is created by white heat embossing part of the sentiment, and die cutting the "star" letters with Louie's ABCs and black shimmer cardstock. I finished by adding a few clear jewels around the sentiment.
My next card uses the Reveal Wheel Add-On: Puffy Cloud die to create a cute, cheery card to send to a friend! I started by creating the images for the front of the card. I used the Reveal Wheel Circle Add-On Frames: Flower and Sun die for the sun, and the Simple Puffy Clouds die for the clouds. I stamped smiley faces and rosey cheeks from the Plane and Simple stamp set. I also used the Stitched Rainbow die and Lawn Fawn cardstocks for the rainbow.
Once I had the images all created, I started working on the reveal wheel part of the card. I started by die cutting a piece of Hello Sunshine Remix patterned paper with the Reveal Wheel die. I also used the reveal wheel die to cut the wheel and small circle for the interactive elements from white cardstock. Then, I used the interactive circle as a guide to determine where I wanted the Reveal Wheel Add-On: Puffy Cloud to go, taped the die in place, and ran it through my die cut machine. Once the cloud was die cut, I took the patterned paper panel and attached the elements around the cloud with liquid glue, and stamped a few hearts in the sky.
Next, I used the Reveal Wheel Template: Puffy Cloud to find where I needed to stamp the sentiments from the Reveal Wheel Friends and Family Sentiment set. Then, everything was ready to assemble! If you need instructions on how to assemble a reveal wheel card, check out this video from Lawn Fawn. I attached the reveal wheel and patterned paper panel to a piece of peacock cardstock and attached everything to a white card base.
Here's a look at the three different sentiments that I used in this reveal wheel card. It's a little hard to see, but I used the "I really like you," "You are great," and "Sending Hugs" sentiments.
I hope you have enjoyed the cards! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great day! :)
