Good morning! I have another fun card to share with you today that I created for the Scrapbook and Cards Today World Card Making Day Challenges!
I was inspired by Latisha's challenge to use patterned paper on my card, so I dug through my paper scraps and found a bunch of different paper. I picked out rainbow colors and used them to create this coloring card!
I used the All the Clouds stamp set from Lawn Fawn to stamp a bunch of clouds onto the patterned paper. I also stamped smiley faces onto the clouds and added rosy cheeks with a pink Copic marker and white gel pen. Then, I die cut them with the coordinating die and set them aside while I worked on the background.
The background was created with the Cloudy Stencil and Mermaid ink on a piece of white cardstock cut with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle die. I attached the background to a white card base and started arranging the clouds on the background. Once I had the clouds where I liked them, I attached a few of them with foam tape and the rest with liquid glue. I finished by adding a small sentiment along the bottom cut from black cardstock with the Hello Border die and attached a few clear jewels around the clouds. Here's a closer look at those rainbow clouds:
I hope this has inspired you to create a card with patterned paper scraps! Thanks for visiting and have a great day! :)
