LF Inspiration Week: Slimline Forest Border

Hi there! I hope that you all had a great weekend! We're getting ready to move this weekend, so we're busy packing and cleaning everything! We're praying that everything goes smoothly with the move.

I have one last card to share with you today that showcases the Slimline Forest Border die.

I created the background with the blue jay and noble fir cardstock die cut with the Large Slimline dies. I lightly ink blended the edges with a coordinating ink. I die cut a tree from the Lift the Flap Tree Backdrop die, cut the trees apart, and added one tree on the left side.

Then, I stamped the foxes from the Fox Costumes Before 'n After stamp set, along with some stars from the Upon a Star stamp set. I arranged the images on the slimline card, attaching the images with foam tape of liquid glue. The sentiment is white heat embossed in the upper right corner, and I also added a black frame around the edge. To create the frame, I cut black cardstock with the the large and small slimlines together. My favorite part of this card is the little bird hoarding the candy in the tree!
