LF Inspiration Week: Thought Bubbles Stencil

Hi friends! I haven't shared cards in a while, but I have been busy creating with the new Lawn Fawn release! The new products are all so cute, as usual, and they will be available on Thursday, May 13th.

Today, I am sharing a card that uses the new Thought Bubbles Stencils. This stencil helps to create, well, thought bubbles!

I ink blended three speech bubbles, starting with the pink, followed by the yellow one, and ending with the blue bubble. I used a lighter ink color along the bottom of each of the speech bubbles. After I finished ink blending, I used a powder tool to add a little bit of powder onto the background before stamping the sentiments with embossing ink. The sentiments are from another new stamp set called Happy Hugs (and it's so cute!). Then, I poured on white embossing powder, tapped off the extra, and heat set the powder. The light colors and white embossing powder created a soft, sweet card. 

I used another new product, Hearts & Stars Skinny Tag die, to die cut hearts from shimmer cardstock. I arranged the hearts around the speech bubbles and attached them with liquid glue. I finished the card by adding a white frame cut from the Stitched Rectangle Frame die.
