Hi everyone! Are you enjoying warmer weather in your area? This week has been beautiful, so my kids and I have spent a lot of time outside playing in the sandbox and going for walks.
I have another card to share today that was inspired by the Day 17 lesson in the Spring Card Camp 2 by Online Card Classes.
I started by die cutting a piece of white cardstock with the Fancy Lattice Backdrop die from Lawn Fawn. I punched out all of the little pieces and I taped it to a piece of white cardstock to use as a guide. Then, I took a piece of Pixie Dust Sparkle Cardstock and ink blended over it with distress oxide inks. It creates such a neat look over the glitter! Once the ink dried, I die cut it with the lattice backdrop. I used the diamond pieces and glued them in place by using the other lattice backdrop as a guide. It looks so neat!
After I finished gluing the diamonds, I attached the panel to a white card base. I used the Scripty Hello to die cut a piece of of pixie dust and black cardstock, and glued them together slightly offset. I also added a sub sentiment from the Reveal Wheel Sentiments stamp set and attached it with foam tape. Here's a closer look at the background:
