Peek-a-boo Jungle with Avery Elle

Hi friends! I hope that your week is going well so far! I have a fun card set to share with you today that will hopefully brighten someone's day!

I used the Peek-A-Boo Jungle set from Avery Elle for this card set. The critters are just so cute and I love that they have the little paws to hang over the banner. How cute?! The set includes a few different sentiments, so I was able to create a birthday card and two friendship cards.

I also used the Speech Bubbles set from Avery Elle to make the critters talk! I really like the different fonts that are paired together in the speech bubbles. 

To create the background, I ink blended a piece of white cardstock with Spice Marmalade and Lemonade distress oxide inks. Then, I used the Ray of Light Stencil from My Favorite Things to add some extra detail to the background. I laid the stencil onto of the ink blended background, spritzed it with water, removed the stencil, and then used a paper towel to dry the water on the background. It turned out so cool!

The frame is cut from white cardstock with Lawn Fawn's Foursquare Backdrop die. I cut out the middle frames to make it look like a large Polaroid frame. And it created a spot to add the banner and paws! I attached the images with either foam tape or glue, and then I attached the scene to a white card base. Here's a closer look at one of the cards:
