LF Inspiration Week: Slide On Over Semicircles

Hi everyone! I hope you have enjoyed the inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog this week! Today, I have a card to share with you that features the Slide On Over Semicircles die!

I used the semicircle dies along with the Some Bunny stamp set to create this cute "hello" card.

I created a custom sentiment to go with the scene by using Riley's ABCs and Simply Sentiments. I had to do a lot of selective inking and I cut a few of my stamps in order to create the second part of the sentiment, but it turned out so cute!

And when you move the card, the bunny hops over to his friend! I can't wait to mail this to a friend to brighten their day!

There's more inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog, so don't forget to check it out!

Thanks for stopping by and for all of the sweet comments this week! I hope I was able to inspire you to create something fun! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Toadally Awesome

Hi there! I hope that you're having a good week so far!

I have a card to share today that features the Toadally Awesome stamp and die set.

The frogs, log, lily pad, and small images are all stamped onto white cardstock, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the coordinating die cuts. I used the Bayou Backdrop and Leafy Tree Backdrops to help create the scene. To color the scene, I ink blended the trees with Doe ink, the Bayou Backdrop with Cilantro ink, and the bottom part of the card with Mermaid ink. I finished by white embossing the sentiment onto black cardstock and attaching it with foam tape to the card.

There's more inspiration from the design team on the Lawn Fawn blog, so don't forget to check it out. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Mini Picture Frames

Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying the Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!

Today, the design team is sharing projects that features the Mini Picture Frames dies! The frames are so cute! I really like these they have the stitched detail along the inside of the frame.

I started by coloring a few of the ducks from the Rub-A-Dub-Dub stamp set. Then, I used the frame dies and die cut the frames from white cardstock and Gotta Have Gingham patterned paper. I also die cut the bows from the gingham paper and glued them to the top of the white frames. Then, I layered the patterned papers and the ducks behind the white frames and attached them to the cardbase.

The sentiment is a combination of the Simply Sentiments and the Happy Happy Happy Add-On:Family stamp sets. I white heat embossed the sentiment and then die cut it with the Everday Sentiment Banners two time so that it was the length that I wanted for my card. Here's a close up on the card:

LF Inspiration Week: Simply Celebrate and Simply Sentiments

Good morning! The Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week continues today with a look at the Simply Celebrate and Simply Sentiments stamp sets!

These two sets are perfect to use together to make quick and easy cards. For my card, I die cut and colored two flowers to frame the top and bottom of my sentiment. The flowers are colored with Copic markers, and I used a white gel pen to add detail to the center of the flower.

I used Louie's ABCs to die cut the "you" letters from white cardstock and I ink blended the bottom part with Mermaid ink. I attached the letters with foam tape. The background patterned paper is from the Perfectly Plaid Spring collection.

I also created a thank you and birthday card that features the same products from the first card, but I ink blended Wild Rose and Cilantro inks on the "you" letters respectively.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Don't forget to check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration on these two stamp sets. Have a great day! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Happy Village

Hi there! Today, the Lawn Fawn design team is sharing projects that feature the Happy Village stamp set!

For my first card, I used the Outside In Stitched Scalloped Circle Stackables dies to highlight a little home scene. The top portion of the scene is ink blended with Mermiad ink, and the bottom is inked with Cilantro ink.

The images are all stamped on white cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I also stamped and die cut the sentiment from the Big Scripty Words set and glued it to the bottom part of the scene. I stamped the rest of the sentiment below the scene, and attached the scalloped circle with foam tape. The patterned paper that I used for the background is from the Perfectly Plaid Spring paper collection.

I also have another card to share with you that features the Happy Village stamp set. I shared this card a few months ago, and you can find the details on how to create it by clicking here.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Peekaboo Backdrop

Good morning everyone! I'm back again to share an Easter card that features the Peekaboo Backdrop dies!

This die makes it so fun and easy to create different scenes on your cards! And the set includes a few interactive dies to create a lift-a-flap or door that are so much fun to add to cards!

For this card, I used the Some Bunny stamp and die set to create a cute Easter scene. The bunnies, flowers, and eggs are all colored with Copic markers. To create the scenes, I ink blended Mermaid ink for the sky, and I used Cilantro ink for the grass cut from the Simple Grassy Hillsides die. And the Easter eggs that the bunnies are looking for are revealed when you lift the flaps - so fun!

I also wanted to share this card that I created a while ago the features the Peekaboo Backdrop die and Hay There stamp set. You can find the details on how to create this card by clicking here. There is also a video on the Lawn Fawn YouTube channel on how to recreate this card!

Thanks again for stopping by! I hope you have a great weekend! :)

LF Inspiration Week: Beam Me Up

Hi everyone! It's time again for another Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!

The design team is sharing projects that feature the Beam Me Up stamp set.

I started by creating an ink blended background with Broken China and Faded Jean distress oxides and spritzing it with water. Then, I took a piece of white cardstock and die cut stars from the Outside In Stitched Star Stackables to create windows for the aliens to peek through. The aliens and presents are all colored with Copic markers and attached with foam tape.

The smaller stars are die cut from cardstock blended with Broken China distress ink with the little stars included in the Stitched Star Frames. And the sentiment is white heat embossed and die cut with the Speech Bubbles die.

Check out the Lawn Fawn blog for more inspiration! Thanks so much for stopping by and I'll be back again tomorrow with more cards to share! :)
